Pamela Dow

Pamela Dow is the COO of Civic Future, a charity with the mission of opening up politics and public life to a broader range of talent, offering Fellowships and training programmes for exceptional people in early, mid, and late career.

Prior to co-founding Civic Future in 2022, Pamela was a senior civil servant for over a decade, supporting major public service reforms in education and justice, and establishing the Leadership College for Government.

She began her career as a consultant and lobbyist in the private sector. Pamela is a member of the Council of Management and a Governor of The Ditchley Foundation.
