Kathryn Pope

Kathryn Pope, known universally as KP, is a hugely experienced and well-known international Executive Coach with a strong commercial background in FMCG, energy and retailing. She has run her own business for over 25 years specialising in coaching C-suite leaders, high potentials, boards and senior teams, across all industry sectors in the UK, EMEA and beyond.

For 10 years KP was a volunteer leader for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) including being President of the UK chapter, coordinating the EMEA region and chairing the 1st ICF global conference outside the Americas in London 2012. She helped broaden the ICF to be truly global and drove professional standards in coaching.

Clients describe KP as intuitive, provocative, fierce, challenging, pragmatic, agile, colourful and creative, who stretches them to think deeper. She re-frames the challenges of change and ensures delivery of tangible results. Endlessly curious, imaginative and reflective she listens deeply, creating a trusted and confidential space in which to work.

Married for 33 years, KP has 3 adult children who are all neurodiverse and is accredited and adept at working with neurodiverse leaders. She is a lifelong advocate for common sense and women’s rights. Brought up in a family with a long line of strong, capable, determined women, she’s had many personal experiences of the challenges of being a successful female leader in male dominated environments. KP is disappointed to still be fighting for this today. Nevertheless, she persists.
